About the role
Join cifrato.ai as a Founding Sales Development Representative, handling Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from both inbound and outbound channels. You will start with onboarding and quickly move to independent pre‑qualification and lead handling.
Key responsibilities
- Process and pre‑qualify MQLs, handling exceptions with human interaction.
- Gradually reduce human intervention in pre‑qualification and evolve the position into a new sales role.
- Participate in a 3‑5 day trial by delivering three demos to the sales team.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a customer‑facing commercial role.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable team player who delivers high‑quality results quickly.
