About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Engineer to design, build and deploy modern cloud applications from end to end. The position combines front‑end development with React, back‑end services in Python, and cloud operations on Azure. You will work remotely from Colombia and collaborate with product owners and senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

Develop responsive React and Next.js applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
Build and maintain Python REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
Deploy services to Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL) and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
Containerise components with Docker and optionally use Azure Container Apps.
Integrate AI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs or Claude.
Participate in architecture reviews, performance optimisation and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate remotely with product owners, solution architects and senior engineers.

Required profile

Mid‑level experience with full‑stack development.
Honest communication – admit gaps and ask for help.
Based in Colombia and able to work remotely.
English at least B1 level for written and spoken technical collaboration.

Required skills

React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Python, FastAPI or Flask.
PostgreSQL or general SQL knowledge.
Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Azure services: App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL, Container Apps, Key Vault.
Docker basics.
Authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
Micro‑services architecture.
AI integrations: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, MCP.
Microsoft ecosystem: Graph, 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot Studio.
Cloud networking and security: Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN, Site‑to‑Site VPN, ExpressRoute, NAT Gateway, Application Gateway.
