Full-Stack Software Developer – React.JS & .Net

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack software developer to join our modernisation team and help build the Application Designer – an SDK that lets users create and customise application screens on a new platform. You will work at the intersection of ERP domain logic, front‑end rendering and schema‑driven architecture, shaping the product from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and customise application screens and rendering logic using TypeScript and React.
• Own features across the entire stack – from UI design and API definition to service integration, state management and front‑end delivery.
• Work with JSON Schema, YAML and configuration‑driven architectures that generate UI and service bindings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team, providing clear written communication and technical explanations to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and refine AI‑generated code, ensuring correctness, security and alignment with architectural constraints.
• Push back on unclear requirements and ask “why” before building, taking end‑to‑end ownership of the solution.

Required profile

• Curiosity and willingness to learn ERP domain concepts.
• Comfortable working remotely with at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+2.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to explain technical trade‑offs without jargon.
• Experience or interest in AI‑assisted development workflows (Copilot, Claude, Cursor).
• Ability to critically assess machine‑generated code and make informed improvements.
