About the role

TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is expanding its sales team to meet growing demand. We are looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional who can quickly engage homeowners, convert inbound inquiries into sales, and nurture ongoing maintenance relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and estimate requests via phone and web channels.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities to drive repeat business.
• Convert one‑time sales into recurring maintenance plans where appropriate.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Track pipeline activity and communications accurately in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and effective pipeline management.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English communication skills with U.S. homeowners.
• Confident phone presence and authentic personality that builds trust quickly.
• Ability to represent a premium brand and sell on value rather than discount.
• High sense of urgency, organized follow‑up, and self‑management in a remote setting.
• Experience in high‑volume inbound sales environments, preferably in home services or related remote‑sale industries.

Required skills

• CRM experience (e.g., GoHighLevel, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce).
