Fullstack Developer – Node.js & React

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend components of its applications. You will work remotely, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable, reliable frontend interfaces using React.
• Build high‑performance, scalable backend services with Node.js and micro‑service architecture.
• Define efficient communication protocols, preferably using gRPC.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and query efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve web application performance, and ensure high availability across the stack.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience with Node.js and React.
• Proven ability to build high‑performance backend microservices.
• Strong experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
