Functional Consultant – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our EMEA team and help clients optimise their financial processes within Oracle NetSuite. You will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are designed, configured and delivered to meet exact client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from customers and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical developers to design and configure NetSuite solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for end‑users.
• Support testing and quality‑assurance activities to verify that implementations are error‑free.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Document processes, configurations and customisations for future reference.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to ERP and finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in functional consulting for ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
