About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems across multiple sites and countries. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who proactively drives compliance, audits and process enhancements while collaborating with operational partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulatory, customer and food safety requirements (HACCP, BRCGS, IFS Logistics, SQF, GlobalG.A.P.).
• Develop, standardize and improve quality and safety policies, procedures and management systems.
• Lead internal, external, certification and customer audits, ensuring corrective actions are effective and sustainable.
• Promote a quality culture through training, coaching, field presence and continuous engagement with operational teams.
• Track, analyze and report quality KPIs, trends, complaints, non‑conformities and operational risks.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Supply Chain to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support customer relationships by addressing quality concerns and participating in business reviews.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and manage corrective/preventive actions for complaints, incidents and audit findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality, food safety or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS Logistics, SQF, GlobalG.A.P. standards.
• Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions.
• Proficiency in quality KPI monitoring and reporting.
