About the role

This position handles all aspects of payments to support the Accounts Payable department within UPS Global Business Services, acting as a liaison to identify and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute daily reports.
  • Maintain databases and prepare controls and audits.
  • Oversee teams to ensure procedures are followed and administer contracts.
  • Research and resolve errors by contacting requestors and suppliers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred).
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Ability to analyze problems and resolve them with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of Oracle.
  • Experience with General Ledger.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
