About the role
Tether is seeking a detail‑oriented Global Events Financial Controller to manage the full financial lifecycle of its worldwide events, from vendor quotations through final payments and annual budget reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate vendor quotations.
- Develop and track event budgets, providing real‑time financial clarity to the Events team.
- Manage contract signature processes.
- Oversee invoicing and payment procedures.
- Perform multi‑currency and multi‑company reconciliations.
- Prepare post‑event financial reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in the Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
