Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions across multiple regions, helping a fast‑growing company protect 20,000+ retail locations. This remote, full‑cycle role requires you to move quickly, build scalable processes, and deliver a top‑tier candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and advanced Boolean/X‑ray searches.
• Design structured interviews, scorecards, and lightweight assessments; drive consistent hiring decisions.
• Maintain ATS hygiene (stages, notes, tags) in Ashby or similar platforms; automate workflows where possible.
• Track funnel metrics, set SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on the recruiting engine.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates, calibrate compensation, run references/background checks, and ensure a standout candidate experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• High ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience creating or refining scalable recruiting workflows.
• Nice to have: background in loss‑prevention, operations, or field‑oriented environments; additional languages for global sourcing.

Required skills

• ATS platforms: Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse (or similar).
• LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean/X‑ray search techniques.
• Data‑driven recruiting: setting SLAs, reading funnel metrics, and iterating processes.
• Excellent written communication for outreach and job ads.
