Global IT Security Expert – OT (Operational Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Global IT Security Expert with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) to protect our industrial systems worldwide. You will lead security design, incident response, and architecture transformation while collaborating with IT, OT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead secure design and lifecycle management of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI).
• Define and implement OT/IT network segmentation based on the Purdue Model.
• Oversee global security operations, including incident response and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Managed Security Service Providers and internal teams on threat detection and response.
• Support core security domains such as Vulnerability Management, PAM, DLP, and Security Awareness.
• Drive security architecture and transformation initiatives across hybrid environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Evaluate and optimize security tools, including OT platforms like Armis, Claroty, Dragos, and Darktrace.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT/OT security.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP).
• Strong knowledge of industry frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Endpoint and infrastructure security.
• Cloud security: Azure, Microsoft 365.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), SIEM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Vulnerability Management.
• Security awareness solutions: KnowBe4.
