Global Strategy & Operations Associate

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for a Global Strategy & Operations Associate to design and execute strategic projects that boost sales productivity across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. You will work closely with Regional General Managers and Sales Leaders to translate ideas into measurable operational and financial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch strategic initiatives that improve sales productivity in four global regions.
• Own performance management for each project: set targets, track adoption, analyze results, and drive corrective actions.
• Bridge strategy and execution by ensuring ideas, tools, and products reach the last mile.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from regional leaders to large‑scale enablement roll‑outs.
• Scale successful frameworks globally while adapting them to regional contexts.
• Create project deliverables such as presentations, playbooks, dashboards, trainings, SOPs, and tools.
• Maintain urgency, pushing teams to adopt solutions quickly and holding them accountable.
• Deliver high‑quality analysis, decks, dashboards, and training materials under fast‑paced conditions.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy, consulting, or technology operations with a strong analytical foundation.
• Proven ability to define problems, build solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
• Comfort presenting to senior leaders and leading large‑scale enablement sessions.
• Track record of scaling frameworks across multiple regions.
