Google Ads Manager

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a hands‑on Google Ads Manager to run and optimise paid search and shopping programmes for multiple client accounts. You will work daily in Google Ads, turning client objectives into campaigns, tests and measurable results while sharing expertise with teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max for several clients.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns against business goals and budgets.
• Use conversion data, value‑based bidding and enhanced conversions to improve measurement and performance.
• Diagnose performance changes, develop tests and present results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and account teams to improve ads, product feeds, landing pages and measurement.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills and share effective approaches.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, preferably in an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies and conversion measurement.
• Ability to explain account changes, decision rationale and results.
• Comfort balancing several accounts while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Clear communication skills and interest in coaching others.
