Graphic Designer – Brand Identity & Packaging Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategies into compelling visual assets across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, balancing creativity with a systematic workflow to deliver high‑quality designs on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand‑aligned creative assets for retail campaigns, catalogs, brochures, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Design marketing collateral such as social media graphics, email campaigns, banner ads, landing pages, and presentations.
• Interpret complex brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual language across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and industrial design teams on manuals, instructional visuals, and in‑store displays.
• Prepare and deliver print‑ready and digital files, maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
• Enhance and retouch images, making localized adjustments to improve clarity and aesthetics.
• Stay current with design trends and propose fresh ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.
• Present proofs to internal and external stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and manage projects from concept to completion.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in both agency and in‑house settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editorial design, brand development, and digital marketing assets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
