Graphic Designer – Colombia

About the role

Unicity is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its creative team and support the brand's development in Colombia and Latin America. The role works on a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns and content to printed materials, events and product launches, always keeping the brand's identity and global standards. It is not a template-based asset production role; the company wants designers who can think visually, propose solutions and adapt to many different projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphic assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email, web, presentations, printed materials and events.
• Adapt global campaigns and materials for the Latin American market while keeping brand consistency.
• Create visual concepts and explore creative solutions according to each project's needs.
• Prepare final files for digital media and print, and work with photography, image retouching, composition and product mockups.
• Incorporate AI tools into the creative process to explore concepts, generate and edit images and optimise workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events and other internal teams, and manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and take part in creative reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with brands, in-house teams or agencies.
• Strong portfolio showing composition, typography, colour, visual hierarchy and brand systems.
• Intermediate or advanced English, able to communicate with international teams.
• Ability to work on-site at the Unicity office in Bogotá.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Photo retouching and image composition.
• Knowledge of AI tools applied to design.
• Nice to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, print production knowledge, photography experience.
