Graphic Designer – Digital Branding & Web Design

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Medellín is looking for a Graphic Designer who specializes in digital branding and visual execution. The role focuses on creating high‑impact web and mobile assets that reflect a sleek, premium aesthetic while acting as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept development to final graphic execution.
• Design high‑fidelity digital assets for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital channels.
• Create web banners, social media assets, campaign graphics, and other digital materials.
• Support internal communications and corporate graphic needs as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs are feasible for web implementation.
• Present and defend design concepts based on branding and graphic design principles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital branding, or related roles.
• Strong background in branding, aesthetics, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
• Professional portfolio showcasing branding, premium aesthetics, and strong Figma work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript limitations for web‑ready designs.

• Competitive salary range of COP 5,000,000 – COP 6,600,000 per month.
