Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with strong visual and motion design skills to create eye‑catching digital advertising and content for our clients. The role is based in our Bogotá office and involves collaborating with project managers, art directors and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D motion graphics, creative concepts and modular content for brand activations, long‑form and 360° campaigns.
• Build storyboards and presentation decks, and collaborate with team members throughout the creative process.
• Iterate designs based on performance data and KPIs, applying learnings to future work.
• Maintain high quality standards across all client projects and ensure timely communication of progress and bandwidth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging creative trends, tools and platforms, including AI‑driven motion and image generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working both independently and within teams.
• Passion for digital advertising, paid and organic social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, motion graphics and campaign work.
• Organised, collaborative and growth‑mindset oriented.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of InDesign or Premiere a plus).
• 2D/3D motion graphics, animation and visual storytelling.
• Experience with AI motion tools and image generation.
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and ability to iterate based on data.
• Familiarity with automation tools, Google Slides and Frame.io.
