Graphic Designer – Motion & Visual Design

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who excels in motion graphics and visual communication. The role blends 2D/3D motion design with strong visual storytelling for digital advertising, social media, and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology concepts, and modular content.
• Interpret ad performance data (KPIs) and iterate designs based on insights.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all client projects.
• Collaborate on storyboards, decks, and 360° campaign concepts.
• Stay current with emerging creative trends, platforms, and AI‑driven motion tools.
• Communicate progress and bandwidth with Project Managers, Art Directors, and Account Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working both independently and within teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging design, motion work, and campaign projects.
• Passion for digital advertising, paid & organic social content.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Required skills

• 2D/3D motion graphics and concept development.
• Adobe Suite – After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign, Premiere a plus).
• AI motion tools and image‑generation technologies.
• Automation tools and workflow optimization.
• Google Slides, Frame.io, typography, animation, and visual design.
