Graphic Designer & Social Media Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Community Manager to strengthen our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will blend visual design expertise with community engagement to produce compelling content and foster positive online interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, ads, and internal materials.
• Design promotional assets such as banners, flyers, presentations, brochures, and digital ads while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content as needed.
• Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop captions, hashtags, and content strategies to boost engagement.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and report on growth.
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly, building strong relationships with the community.
• Escalate sensitive issues to management and help maintain a professional brand image online.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
