Growth Marketing Coordinator (Affiliate & Creator Partnerships)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to design, launch, and scale a tiered affiliate and creator partnership program. The role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance marketing, driving both awareness and conversion through authentic creator collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own a two‑tier affiliate program: an awareness tier that reaches new audiences via creator‑generated content, and a conversion tier that monetises warmed audiences with trackable links and codes.
• Define graduation criteria between tiers using signals such as branded‑search lift and organic traffic in target markets.
• Recruit, vet, and activate creators across the spectrum—from high‑reach personalities to niche, on‑the‑ground voices—ensuring genuine brand fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end program in the GRIN platform, maintaining compliance, clean data, and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership, brand, product, and paid‑media teams to align creator activity with seasonal launches and overall growth goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret audience signals and ROI metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing creators and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in building and scaling affiliate or creator‑driven growth programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GRIN creator‑management platform.
• Familiarity with tracking technologies, affiliate links, and ROAS measurement.
