Growth Marketing Designer – AI‑Powered Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Growth Marketing Designer who can blend design, copywriting, and AI tools to produce high‑converting landing pages and digital assets. The role focuses on rapid experimentation and delivering polished, conversion‑driven experiences for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Use Claude (or similar AI) to generate, iterate, and ship landing‑page copy and layouts quickly.
• Design visually compelling landing pages in Fable from concept through publication.
• Maintain consistent visual themes across client assets and variants.
• Collaborate with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines for AI‑driven prompts.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts and reusable components to improve efficiency.
• Own the end‑to‑end workflow from brief to design and copy before hand‑off.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align pages with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth‑marketing design experience (landing pages, sites, apps).
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or comparable AI tools.
• Background in a fast‑paced US‑based design agency or DTC brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and digital marketing assets.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy).
• Proficiency with Figma or similar low‑code page builders.
• Proven copywriting ability for blogs, landing pages, and site copy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication.
• Availability to work full‑time EST.
