Growth Sales Manager – LATAM B2B Expansion

About the role

Truecaller is seeking a Growth Sales Manager to lead its B2B expansion across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying high‑value enterprise verticals such as FinTech, logistics and e‑commerce to closing deals with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quarterly revenue and new‑logo acquisition targets in key LATAM markets.
• Prospect, pitch and close enterprise‑level contracts with companies that rely on voice and mobile communication.
• Educate prospects on how Verified Caller ID improves call answer rates and delivery success.
• Build a local ecosystem by partnering with telecommunications providers, cloud‑telephony platforms and CRM integrators.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS, cloud‑telephony (CPaaS/VoIP) or mobile‑tech enterprise sales experience in LATAM.
• Established network of enterprise contacts in operations, customer experience or product functions across major hubs (e.g., Colombia, Chile).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Self‑starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast‑paced “startup within a scale‑up” environment.
