Healthcare Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare roles, from requisition to offer.
• Validate job requirements with hiring managers and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Source candidates using ATS databases, internal talent pools, and external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, project documentation, and support team projects as needed.
• Develop and communicate policies, guidelines, and process improvements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in advanced English.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and prioritize tasks.
