Help Desk Technician Level 1 – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician Level 1 to join our IT support team on a fully remote basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with hands‑on technical support experience who enjoy troubleshooting user issues and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical assistance via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for end users.
• Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot network, system, and application problems; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and processes in ticketing systems.
• Gather and analyze user information to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or IT certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and basic networking knowledge (IP, VPN, connectivity).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills; English level B2 or higher.
