Housekeeping Trainee

About the role

As a Housekeeping Trainee you will join Hilton’s Hotels team, supporting the daily cleaning and presentation of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces. You will learn industry best practices while contributing to the memorable hospitality experience that Hilton promises.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping team with room preparation, cleaning, linen handling and replenishment of guest amenities.
• Help conduct quality and cleanliness inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
• Support inventory management by monitoring supplies, linens and guest amenities.
• Document housekeeping activities, including room status updates and maintenance issues.
• Provide administrative support such as coordinating materials and assisting with departmental tasks.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences by upholding Hilton’s hospitality standards.
