Houseperson – Hotel Linen & Inventory

About the role

As a Houseperson you will be the backbone of the hotel's linen and inventory operations, ensuring guests experience the warmth and light of hospitality from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with housekeeping and other hotel teams to keep linens clean, organized, and readily available throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fresh, clean linens to designated areas across the hotel with accuracy and timeliness.
• Sort and store linens by size, color, and department to maintain an efficient inventory system.
• Prepare and load linen carts according to established guidelines, ensuring each cart is ready for use.
• Conduct regular linen counts, complete inventory forms, and flag restocking needs.
• Document all linen deliveries and returns to keep inventory records precise.
