HR Analyst – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Analyst to support our human resources team in Colombia. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and payroll administration while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. You will act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day HR inquiries and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Assist in employee engagement, wellness, and performance management initiatives.
• Support payroll administration and maintain employee records.
• Help ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal company policies.
• Provide support in employee relations matters and day‑to‑day HR inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel databases.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Assist with internal communication and culture initiatives.
• Support HR projects and administrative processes as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources positions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, payroll or HR administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate English level (B1–B2 preferred).
• Proactive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn.
