HR Business Partner / HR Director – Core Business Unit

About the role

This position is for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Director who will act as a strategic partner for a core business unit in Colombia. You will shape people strategy, drive employee experience and support leaders in building high‑performing teams within a globally distributed, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce effectiveness with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support growth, engagement and organizational priorities.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, and talent acquisition to ensure the right capabilities are in place.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning and off‑boarding.
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR processes, policies and compliance while improving operational efficiency.
• Monitor HR metrics (engagement, turnover, workforce efficiency) and provide data‑driven insights.
• Lead HR projects, balancing strategic priorities with execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, technology or fast‑growing company.
• Proven track record in managing the employee lifecycle and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and acting on HR metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage complexity and influence business decisions.
