HR Data & Insights Analyst

About the role

The HR Data & Insights Analyst will join the global HR Data and Insights team to support strategic initiatives, build data models, dashboards and reports, and enable data‑driven HR decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR data models, dashboards and standard reports using SQL, Tableau and data‑warehouse platforms such as Snowflake or AWS.
• Own discrete components of data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, quality and consistency across assigned workstreams.
• Clean, structure and validate data from multiple sources, applying judgment to guarantee reliability.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COE, data engineers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into visual analytics.
• Use prompt‑engineering with LLMs (e.g., Gemini Enterprise, Claude) to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Document processes and SOPs, and handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of progressive experience working with cross‑functional teams in HR analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and reputation for data accuracy.
• Ability to work with general guidance on routine tasks and take direction on ambiguous projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
