HR Generalist (LATAM) – Remote

About the role

The HR Generalist will provide operational support to a global, distributed team across North America, Europe, LATAM and India. The role focuses on compliance, benefits administration and employee relations while working autonomously in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including benefits, employment relations, compliance and audits for all regions.
• Monitor changes in global, US federal, state and local employment laws and partner with Legal on work authorizations.
• Collaborate with Global EORs to manage benefits and compliance, run reports on benefits, leave and compliance trends.
• Respond to employment‑related inquiries from team members and managers.
• Maintain knowledge of global HR trends and best practices.
• Assist with coordination of onsite or offsite social events as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a fast‑growing organization.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
• PHR or CP certification is a plus.
