About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Bogotá office and support daily People operations. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and a healthy work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and communicate company policies that promote a positive workplace.
- Monitor compensation and benefits plans and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Collect, verify, and process time‑keeping information for all staff.
- Organise training and development initiatives and conduct employee onboarding.
- Address employee requests and grievances promptly.
- Maintain electronic and paper employee files and HR records.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Manage office‑generalist tasks such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics and coordination for the Bogotá office.
- Adapt to additional duties outside the core specification as required.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.
- Tech‑savvy with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, self‑starter and team player.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage full‑time onsite responsibilities.
- Residency in Bogotá, Colombia.
