HR Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst

About the role

The HR Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst will lead the design, automation and AI‑enabled transformation of HR Shared Services for GBS Americas. This position partners with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, IT and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end HR processes, identify bottlenecks and redesign for standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI use cases such as AI assistants, copilots, knowledge agents and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with HR Technology and IT on RPA, workflow automation and system integrations.
• Define, monitor and report on operational KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, change‑management workshops and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, HR, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, process excellence, automation or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading process optimisation and digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
