Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our operations in Medellín and Candelaria. As the primary on‑site HR representative, you will ensure smooth execution of all HR functions while maintaining compliance with Colombian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, from screening applications to conducting interviews and managing onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave requests, and benefits administration with precision.
• Support employee relations, assist with disciplinary processes, mediate conflicts, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate training and learning programs to promote employee development.
• Ensure strict adherence to Colombian labor laws and internal policies, acting as a resource for staff and management.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports and updates to Property General Managers and the Chief People Officer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
• In‑depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and employment practices.
• Exceptional administrative, written and verbal communication, and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
• Proficiency in payroll systems.
