Human Resources & Investigation Assistant (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

California Labor Solutions (CLS) is seeking a Remote Human Resources & Investigation Assistant to support workplace complaint investigations for U.S. clients. The role is open to candidates residing in Colombia who have strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead investigators during employee complaint investigations, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Take accurate, detailed notes during interviews with complainants, witnesses, and accused parties.
• Gather, organize, and review evidence and documentation related to harassment, discrimination, or retaliation cases.
• Help analyze testimonies and evidence to support factual findings and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure impartiality throughout the investigation process.

Required profile

• Advanced professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate note‑taking abilities.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Experience working independently in a home‑office environment.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset for investigating employee complaints.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for documentation and communication.
