I2C DPS Director

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services Finance is seeking a senior leader to head the Invoice to Cash (I2C) function for its worldwide operations. Based in Bogotá, the I2C DPS Director will shape strategy, build a global team, and drive standardisation across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global I2C strategy, aligning with regional Service Delivery Leads and the Global Process Owner.
• Establish and lead a new global I2C team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring consistent performance.
• Standardise and simplify AP/AR processes, driving efficiency and compliance across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to monitor cash flow, improve working capital and support the upcoming DePuy Synthes separation.
• Oversee governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives for the I2C function.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale finance or AP/AR organisations in a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing global teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Invoice to Cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with finance system integration and process standardisation.
