Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the transformation of their procurement and financial processes and ensuring a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the primary contact from kickoff to live product.
• Conduct discovery workshops to capture client processes and translate requirements into customized workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑service.
• Create structured enablement assets such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions.
• Change‑management aptitude and ability to handle user resistance.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
