Implementation Team Lead (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Search Atlas is looking for an Implementation Team Lead to drive the performance, health, and growth of its Implementer team and client portfolio. This remote position serves Latin America (EST) and combines people management, client‑facing SEO work, and hands‑on technical problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex technical SEO issues, including schema errors, crawl and indexation problems, JavaScript rendering, traffic drops, and site migrations.
• Diagnose root causes, coordinate fixes with Product, Engineering and Billing, and verify outcomes before closing tickets.
• Own flagship client relationships, lead onboarding, migration and launch processes, run discovery calls, prepare proposals and manage renewals.
• Lead the Implementer team: daily huddles, 1‑on‑1 coaching, performance reviews, time‑tracking approval and quarterly objective setting.
• Maintain KPI dashboards, retention scorecards and customer health metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical SEO projects and teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex site issues.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Self‑starter comfortable working remotely across time zones.
