Inbound Growth Marketing Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Inbound Growth Marketing Specialist to own the day‑to‑day execution of our B2B inbound marketing function. Working remotely from Mexico or Colombia, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to build campaigns, publish content, manage email programs, and keep our paid‑media reporting accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inbound campaigns across email, social media, and content distribution channels.
• Manage email marketing programs, including newsletters, nurture sequences, list segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, monitor community engagement and brand mentions.
• Support paid‑media execution by tracking spend, generating performance reports, and flagging anomalies.
• Repurpose existing content into short‑form social posts, email snippets, and other formats.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and coordinate lead handoff with sales.
• Build and manage landing pages for lead magnets and gated offers.
• Coordinate asset production, providing creative direction for Canva templates.
• Document SOPs and marketing playbooks, and monitor inbound KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience executing digital or growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a lean environment.
