Inbound Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Inbound Logistics Supervisor will coordinate the receipt and return processes at our fulfillment centre in Funza, ensuring that products arriving from imports or customer returns are handled efficiently and in line with KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving process, plan resources and ensure timely visibility for the 3PL partner.
• Manage the returns workflow, guaranteeing that Return Authorizations created in SAP are processed correctly in the WMS and posted in SAP.
• Monitor returns productivity per channel, drive initiatives to improve flow and increase A‑grade product availability.
• Train and supervise 3PL operational staff to ensure compliance with global returns policies.
• Register and report returns and claims status on DocuSign, Salesforce and adiComp platforms.
• Follow up on replenishment productivity, identifying process and resource optimisation opportunities.
• Support 3PL in system and process improvement projects, meeting targets and deadlines.
• Validate inbound service deliveries and approve related 3PL invoices.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on SCM or Logistics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Intermediate level of English.
