About the role
We are looking for a remote Inbound Sales Representative to join Mother’s modern plumbing division. You will convert inbound leads from U.S. homeowners into scheduled appointments for our Texas‑based plumbing services, helping drive growth for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from U.S. customers.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the plumbing team in Texas.
- Follow up on leads, manage objections, and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work evening, night and weekend shifts according to the schedule.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inbound sales or appointment‑setting.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong spoken communication.
- Availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Persuasive, energetic and disciplined personality.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (C1/C2).
What we offer
- Base salary up to $2,000 USD per month plus commissions.
