About the role
Equisoft is seeking an Inside Sales/Business Development Representative to join its global B2B SaaS team. You will work remotely from Colombia, designing tailored outreach, building relationships with insurance and wealth‑management stakeholders, and expanding the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads via cold calling, email, social media, networking, industry events and account‑based management.
- Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and understand their pain points.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create and execute lead‑generation strategies.
- Qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings and demos, and hand‑off qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular activity reports.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 6‑8 years of B2B technology sales or relationship‑building experience, preferably in insurance.
- Proven track record of prospecting and hunting new clients.
- Strong communication, research and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (any platform).
