About the role

MetLife is seeking an Insurance Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for individuals, families, and business owners. In this role you will help clients protect their wealth, secure their future, and make confident financial decisions through tailored insurance and financial protection strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across personal and business segments.
• Assess each client’s financial priorities, personal goals, and protection needs.
• Design customized insurance and financial protection solutions that deliver long‑term value.
• Educate clients on insurance products, wealth protection, and financial planning.
• Guide customers through the full advisory process while ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Proactively develop and grow a personal client portfolio through business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a compliant, efficient, and seamless customer journey.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and professional expertise through ongoing training.
