About the role

MAJORITY is seeking an Integrated Creative Designer to join its Growth team in Bogotá. The role focuses on producing high‑impact visual and audiovisual assets that capture attention and drive conversion across U.S. and Latin American markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conversion‑focused creative assets for multiple digital channels and formats.
• Produce motion‑graphics and AI‑generated video content to create scroll‑stopping audiovisual pieces.
• Collaborate on concept development, proposing visual and audiovisual directions for campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and manage design systems that balance uniformity with creative flexibility.
• Research emerging design trends and AI tools, testing and documenting new techniques to enhance visual output.
• Work closely with Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing Manager, and growth analyst to align designs with campaign goals and performance data.

Required profile

• Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Deep passion for design, art, and visual trends.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑fidelity work across static and motion formats.
• Self‑directed creative experimenter who stays current with design and AI advancements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion‑graphics creation.
• Use of AI tools for video and image generation.
