Intermediate Architectural Designer (Colombia)

About the role

Studio JCI Inc. is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Architectural Designer to support a variety of commercial and residential projects in Colombia. The role offers the chance to apply rigorous design methodology, from feasibility studies through to detailed construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, schematic design, and design development drawings.
• Produce drawings for zoning, planning, permit applications, and tender documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal team members and external consultants.
• Review zoning regulations and the Ontario Building Code for compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of post‑graduate architectural experience.
• Strong design‑based skills and thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
