Intermediate Business Analyst - Payments Platform

About the role

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, is hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its remote-first team of IT professionals. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders to turn evolving business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting the delivery of integration-focused solutions within a large-scale payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings and validation rules
• Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams
• Work with engineering teams so requirements are clear and technically feasible
• Identify gaps, resolve ambiguities and drive clarity across stakeholders

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Ability to turn business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems and data flows
• Experience documenting API specs, integration requirements and data mappings
• Knowledge of BA methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Upper-intermediate English; desirable: familiarity with the payments domain, multi-tenant backend platforms, previous technical background and experience in multicultural teams
