IT Agile Project Manager II

About the role

The IT Agile Project Manager II leads medium‑scale, moderately complex IT projects with minimal oversight, applying Agile principles to deliver scope, quality, and timelines. This position operates with significant autonomy and collaborates across IT and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with IT teams via Agile events, Jira boards, and project artifacts.
• Align scope, priorities, dependencies, and schedule commitments with business sponsors and IT leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and schedule trade‑offs, providing visibility to stakeholders.
• Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to leaders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple IT teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with TNC IT standards, governance checkpoints, and delivery frameworks.
• Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness.
• Contribute to Agile, project management, and portfolio process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading medium‑scale IT projects in an Agile environment.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Strong stakeholder communication and conflict‑management skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple IT and business teams.
