About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable IT Assistant to provide technical support to both onsite and remote agents, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient workstation operation.
Key responsibilities
- Install and test workstations, fix performance issues, and diagnose/replace hardware-related problems.
- Ensure workstations and peripherals are functional and properly connected to the network.
- Troubleshoot and report specific line‑of‑business program issues.
- Track and organize physical hardware, maintaining a clean and organized IT department.
- Provide general support for IT department organization and cleanup as required.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, self‑manage workday, and work evenings and weekends.
- Capability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
