About the role
Join BraveUS in Bogotá as an IT Help Desk Specialist, the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. You will ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and core network services while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user requests via phone, email and chat, providing courteous and efficient support.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals and software.
- Support LAN/WAN, VoIP, videoconferencing tools, digital signage and other IT equipment.
- Deploy and support mobile devices such as iPhone, Android smartphones and handheld scanners.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and up‑to‑date documentation.
- Assist with system security, compliance requirements and technical project work.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish.
- Professional, patient and respectful attitude in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid passport and U.S. visa; occasional travel for training.
