IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer who will go beyond routine system maintenance to drive automation, security, and modern workplace initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling the Microsoft‑first infrastructure that supports our growing organization, particularly within our newly formed LATAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including identity, licensing, email, and user lifecycle, while automating onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Secure and manage Windows and macOS endpoints at scale, implementing Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and native Microsoft automation tools for provisioning, reporting, and compliance validation.
• Support compliance initiatives aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, improving audit readiness through documentation and monitoring.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and access services in partnership with Engineering, HR, and Leadership.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity & access management, security & compliance controls, and PowerShell automation.
• Demonstrated ability to implement governance, compliance, and security initiatives, not just tool administration.
• Comfortable working across both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Proactive ownership mindset with excellent problem‑identification and automation skills.
• Conversational English (B2 level); certification not required.
