IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Service Desk

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead complex technology transitions across infrastructure, service desk and end‑user computing environments. You will be responsible for delivering large‑scale migration and transformation projects on time, within scope and with minimal business disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control the full lifecycle of IT migration and transition initiatives, maintaining schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business units, end users and third‑party vendors to ensure testing, deployment and rollback procedures are defined and followed.
• Provide technical oversight on infrastructure design, evaluate current environments against best practices and guide implementation teams.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, create and maintain technical documentation, and support training material development.
• Produce regular status reports and dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing end‑to‑end IT projects focused on infrastructure or service delivery.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish (B2+).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
